**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related position.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
